INTRODUCTION 

Heather Haas is a championship softball player from Shiner, Texas. Heather will graduate from Shiner High School in May 2009. She has been the Lady Comanches' starting pitcher since her freshman year in 2006, advancing to the Texas Class 1A State Tournament all three years. In 2008, the Lady Comanches won the State Championship and Heather was named the State Tournament MVP.

UPDATE: As of November 2008, Heather has committed to attend St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas and play women's softball for the Lady Rattlers, the defending champs of the Heartland Conference in NCAA Division II. For more information, read this news article.

In addition to playing softball for Shiner High School, Heather has been playing on select softball teams across Texas and the USA since 2002. She has also participated in cheerleading, volleyball, and basketball. Heather is an excellent student, maintaining a grade average over 96 and recording high scores on the ACT and SAT college preparatory exams.
